The Hydrocyclone Filter, commonly known as a Sand Separator, is a crucial primary filtration device for agricultural and irrigation systems. Designed to treat water from borewells, rivers, or open wells, this filter effectively removes heavy sand, gravel, and silt before the water reaches your main system.

Important Setup Note: The Hydrocyclone is a primary filter. To ensure complete protection for your drip or sprinkler nozzles against fine dirt, it must always be paired with a secondary filter (like a Screen or Disc filter).

1. High-Efficiency Centrifugal Separation Utilizes a tangential inlet to create a powerful swirling vortex. This centrifugal force pushes heavy sand and solid particles to the outer walls and down into the collection chamber, ensuring exceptional primary cleaning.

2. Protects Your Entire Irrigation System By removing heavy abrasive particles early, it prevents the scratching and wearing out of pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads, while significantly reducing the debris load on your secondary filters.

3. Specialized Sacrificial Cone The bottom of a hydrocyclone experiences the most wear and tear from spinning sand. To maximize the filter's lifespan, this model includes a specialized, replaceable polymeric "Sacrificial Cone" at the bottom. If it wears out, you simply replace the cone instead of the entire filter housing.

4. Zero Moving Parts & Low Maintenance Because there are no internal moving parts or mesh screens to replace, the risk of mechanical failure is virtually zero.

5. Complete Accessory Ports Equipped with an easy-clamping collector chamber, two pressure gauge ports, and an easy-to-use drain valve for quick sand removal.
