Refund and Cancellation

The amount refunded is calculated after necessary deductions have been carried out on the principal amount.

For payments made by cheque, we shall issue a cheque. For online payments refunds can only be made to the credit/debit/charge card that was used for the original purchase. This process takes 3-5 business days to complete. No refund will be possible after 90 days from the date of the transaction.
